Public bug reported:

using 11.04 (64bit)
first time trying to install bzr (using apt-get) and the error happened during install - though the bzr program (parts anyway) seems to work, I can not seem to get it to recognize my ssh pass-phrase
When I rebooted the machine the first time after install, then a system error message was displayed, which lead me here :)
