there was an i386-version installed manually, because of an older
workarount. After uninstalling this, everything works again.

After processiong a normal upgrade I got this error:

libpng12-0:amd64 1.2.46-3ubuntu1.1 cannot be configured because libpng12-0:i386 is in a different version (1.2.46-3ubuntu1)
No apport report written because MaxReports is reached already
Errors were encountered while processing:
