Title:
Grub2 bootsplash is oversized and no VTs with Nvidia GT330M
Status in “grub2” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
My root is on an encrypted LVM volume, so I am prompted for a
passphrase on boot, but the bootsplash screen does not fit on the
screen. See attachment.
Also, and I'm assuming this is related, I have no VTs available -
Ctrl-Alt-F1/2/3/4/5/6 just give me a blank black screen. I would
provide a screenshot of that too, but it would just be a black
rectangle.
