[Bug 937326] [NEW] When selecting "Encrypt home folder, " Ubiquity re-formats swap even if it is marked to not be used

Public bug reported:

I got a report on askubuntu.com, so I'm making a bug report about it

His goal was to install Ubuntu on a USB stick. He did it with an
existing Ubuntu installation on the computer.

When going through the installation, he specifically told it not to use
any swap, as this would be a portable installation. However, he clicked
the "Encrypt home folder" option and it found his swap space from his
original install and securely wiped it and placed an entry for that swap
into his USB install's /etc/crypttab.

Every time he booted his USB his main installation's swap space would
again get corrupted. It was an easy fix, but a fix that should not need
to be done.

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
