Title:
  Ubuntu installer crashes mid-install

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Ubuntu Installer crashes mid-install, GNU GRUB Bootloader installed,
but the core Ubuntu OS didn't. Tried both by leaving some partitions,
and by completely wiping the HDD. Both times the installer crashed,
part way through. I can't see anywhere I'm going wrong.
