  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Follwing an upgrade from Lucid to Precise, after rebuilding the chroot
  from scratch and rebooting the server,  I find that the client drops
  into BusyBox, rather than show LDM. This obviously makes the server
  completely useless for LTSP.
