A simple how to for those not sure how to install from tty is:

- log into this console using your normal username and password
- type in "sudo apt-get install lxdm" and enter in your password
- type "sudo reboot"
- when it reboots you will need to press alt+L to get past the issue one more time
- change the session to Lubuntu
- login
