I'm afraid we can't deal with bugs in all the different Ubuntu-derived
systems as bugs against Ubuntu.  Reassigning to Zorin.

At any rate, this will need an installer syslog (/var/log/syslog) for
anyone to investigate it.

Bug description:
  hi, i installed zorin on my external hard drive at first, and it went
  fine until things went abit wrong. However, after this i decided to
  install zorin to my laptop hard drive but the zorin installer keeps
  crashing everytime, just before it starts to copy the files.
