Sorry, but if you're getting those messages it is definitively not an
installer bug.  Possibilities include:

 * The kernel is failing to drive your hardware properly (in which case the kernel developers will need a good bug report with detailed traces from your system)
 * There's some hardware problem you haven't tracked down yet.

However, I don't think there's much point in keeping this bug open
against the installer in the meantime.  It's lower-level than that.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  When trying to install several times, Ubuntu 11.04 (Portuguese
  Brazil), including replacement of HD and CD / DVD reader, I got the
  following error information:

  First:
  " /target/usr/lib/linux-graphics-09.so.0.942.4 - This usually happens due to failure on the CD / DVD disk (or drive), or failure to HD ... Try cleaning the drive or burn the CD / DVD at a lower rate ... "

  Second:
  " The following file does not match your original copy on CD / DVD:
  / target/usr/lib/libreoffice/basis3.3/program/libscfiltli.so "

  Third:
  " The installer has encountered an error while copying files to the HD
  [errno5] input / output error "
