Well you can download the file to your desktop and then run the dpkg
command like this:

sudo dpkg -i /path/to/file

That should install it.

  This error results:
  Failed to fetch http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/ubuntuzilla/mozilla/apt/pool/main/f/firefox-mozilla-build/firefox-mozilla-build_10.0-0ubuntu1_i386.deb Got a single header line over 360 chars

  It says to check the internet connection which works fine like for
  this bug reporting.

   All other updates still and do download with no problem.
