It nearly solved becouse I could update with sudo apt-get update and
sudo apt-get upgrade,  but  Update Manager adviced there are new updates
but I cannot dowload becouse does not connect with Internet, but I have
no problems with other programms.

So I ran again on Terminal and said this:

E: Hay problemas sincronizando el archivo - sync (5: Error de entrada/salida)
E: Hay problemas sincronizando el archivo - sync (5: Error de entrada/salida)
E: No se pudieron analizar o abrir las listas de paquetes o el archivo de estado.

I changed the mirrors twice.
