Bug description:
  Binary package hint: python-apt

  Hi there.

  The old official packages mirror in Colombia is down
  https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+mirror/matematicas.unal.edu.co-archive

  Because we made another new and shiny mirror server :)

  https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+mirror/ubuntu.unal.edu.co-archive

  The file in /usr/share/python-apt/templates/Ubuntu.mirrors needs to be
  updated.

  Also, this file can be updated in old releases of Ubuntu ?? (Hardy,
  Karmic Lucid, Maverick)

  The new server has this available protocols

  http://ubuntu.unal.edu.co/ubuntu/
  ftp://ubuntu.unal.edu.co/ubuntu/ (NEW)
  rsync://ubuntu.unal.edu.co/ubuntu/ (NEW)
