Title:
germinate cannot check another repository with a different dist

Status in “germinate” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: germinate

Basically, what I am trying to do is tell germinate to look for
existing packages in the official archive and also in another
repository, the dist for this other repository being different than
the dist used by the official archive.

If I understood somehow correctly how germinate works, it is currently
not possible to define this in the configuration.

For example, in my -meta source package, update.cfg contains something
  like:

  [DEFAULT]
  dist: lucid
  [lucid]
  seeds: desktop
  architectures: i386
  seed_base: ..
  seed_dist: kubuntu.%(dist)s
  archive_base/default: http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/
  components: main restricted

I would like to add another repository with my own url and my own dist
  (so not use lucid).
