  A user reported this error:

  12:23 < DJKorbit> Error: can't find signing_key_fingerprint at https://launchpad.net/api/1.0/~hmrocha-fc/+archive/geforcego7400

  The URL that is reported there is not part of the official API - the
  official API lives on api.launchpad.net, rather than on the main
  launchpad.net domain.
