Bug description:
  When wanting to add a PPA, add-apt-repository crashes with this error:

  aptsources.distro.NoDistroTemplateException: Error: could not find a distribution template

  Notice that I upgraded to Natty from Maverick. Would that be the cause
  why it doesn't find a template?
