Title:
  Ubuntu 12.04 Alpha2 install fails

Status in “debian-installer” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Fresh install of Ubuntu 12.04 Amd64 Alternate Desktop.

  The install fails on the step "Installing and Configuring software".
  The exact error is:

  in-target: The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  in-target:  python-gobject : Depends: python-gi (>= 3.1.0-1) but 3.0.3.3 is to be installed
  in-target: E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

  Tried the latest daily build. Same problem on a clean install.

  Doing a guided full encryption install, but don't think that makes a
  difference here.
