Bug description:
  At the same time I happened to receive a cron crash which I reported
  as bug 927923.

  -rw------- 1 root   root   150K 2012-02-06 13:34 _usr_sbin_cron.0.crash

  The error message I received from dpkg looks similar to bug 541595.
