  Get "Could not install the upgrades" when trying to upgrade to 11.11

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  I was trying to upgrade my system to kubuntu 11.11 from 11.04. All the
  modules downloaded, but when it tried to install I got :

  "Could not install the upgrades. The upgrade was aborted. Your system
  could be in an unstable state. A recovery will run now".
