Bug description:
  This seems to have occurred right at the time zone screen. I didn't do
  anything different relative to the last time I used this, except that
  I had no other windows open (I was reporting bugs at the same time as
  installing last time). There is one possible difference: before I was
  upgrading 11.10 -> 12.04 and now I'm upgrading 12.04 -> 12.04.
