Bug description:
  When the importer has been failing, it would be nice if 'bzr branch
  ubuntu:foo' (a.k.a. lp:ubuntu/foo) warned you that you were getting an
  outdated source branch.  It might also print out the apt-get source
  command to get the updated source.
