  Never moves on from "Please wait while configuring target system"

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Tried to install lubuntu but after entering all info it said "Please
  wait while configuring target system"..and nothing happened.I tried to
  kill Ubuquity plugininstall as a desperate means, but it crashed the
  installer. Not sure why it got stuck in the first place.
