I solved this issue: in one line of  /etc/default/grub
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash nomodeset video=uvesafb:mode_option=1280×1024-24,mtrr=3,scroll=yw" 
I'm not put the last  ". I update grub and the linux headers install without problem. Thanks for all that help me in the web.
