[Bug 926180] [NEW] no apport/ubuntu-bug in debian-installer

Public bug reported:

While doing a test install of Precise Server Alpha 2 (amd64) I ran into
a bug in package selection when choosing the Openstack option. In the
process of filing that bug, I discovered that the Server installer does
not have apport or ubuntu-bug available for filing bugs against the
installer.

So I had to file my bugs manually. The ubiquity based installs do
include ubuntu-bug, and I thought that the d-i based images also had
apport available.

** Affects: debian-installer (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
