  resize window "Package Changes" stretch wrong area

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When going through the "Distribution Upgrade", there is a window
  "Package Changes" which allow to see what will be upgraded. When
  clicking on "Details", then resizing the window, the list of packages
  is stretched, but also some irrelevant space around texts.

  It would be good if only the list would stretch.

  [Note: This is under Hardy / 8.04, when proposed to upgrade to 8.10]
