Does this mean that as usual, we won't get this for the last stable
release (currently oneiric) nor for the last LTS  (currently Lucid)?
Will it get backported or we really must rush with the OS upgrade if we
want it?

Bug description:
  Please include the ext4 defrag and other tools in Juanty.  Currently
  using alpha 3 with all patches as of 2009-01-026 and do not see it in
  the package list on any "...vese"
