Title:
  Manual page for 'add-apt-repository' is not accessible via the name
  'apt-add-repository'

Status in “software-properties” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  apt-add-repository is a symlink to add-apt-repository but the relevant
  manual page is not available under both names. This can be confusing
  if the user is used to using "apt-add-repository" and does not know
  that the manual page is only available via the name add-apt-
  repository.

  $ apt-cache policy python-software-properties
  python-software-properties:
    Installed: 0.75.10
    Candidate: 0.75.10

  The Debian Policy Manual recommends creating a symlink for the manual
  page as well.
