I think that there is nothing special at the script.

The bug appeared when I run a launcher from desktop which has command 
gnome-terminal --hide-menubar --title=upgrade_system --geometry=132x38 -x ./update_upgrade d

I run it about 20 times, and just reproduced it for 4th time. After that
I try about 50 times without effect and then 10 more in a row and
reproduced 2 more times.

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I just run a script from my desktop for updating the system and sudo show my password while I was typing. This happened 2 times.
  I have take and a printscreen, you can see that at the attachment.

  P.S. There is nothing to do about ssh (relative bug).
