I am closing this bug. Later releases work fine, and hardy will not get
another iso re-spin.

Please feel free to open a new bug if this is reproducible with Ubuntu
12.04.

Title:
[Intrepid, hardy] security updates aren't enabled by default when
  installing without internet connection

Status in “apt-setup” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
In Ubuntu 8.10 security updates aren't enabled by default; I had to
check that box (intrepid-security) manually in Software Sources -
Updates. Only intrepid-updates were enabled by default (box was
  checked).
