  init: mounted-proc main process terminated with status 1

Bug description:
  I'm using Ubuntu 13.04 dev with mountall 2.46. On booting my system
  I'm getting the error "init: mounted-proc main process (348)
  terminated with status 1". I have made a look into /etc/init/mounted-
  proc.conf to look why this happens. The script tries to change the
  permissions of /proc/slabinfo but the file doesn't exist on my system.
  Maybe this has something to do with the problem.
