Public bug reported:

Hi.

I installed 12.10 on my Dell Latitude D810 from 11.4 about two months ago. Two days ago I used the Guest login for the first time

then went back to Admin. Since that time (two days ago) when I start up
and login, my password is denied for the first few

attempts then finally lets me in. When I go the shut down the system I
click the prompt and it returns to the Login screen the I

have the password problem again. What makes things worse is that
computers and I are not really savy. I am up to date with

updates as well.

Thanks heaps.
