Title:
Installer boot halts and hangs (netboot + nfs)

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Starts to boot into the installer but hangs (consistently) at a certain spot.
(appears to be: System V runlevel compatibility, but there are a couple of blank starting/stopping lines too).

Screenshot attached showing what is displayed on screen.
Unable to attach a log as it hasn't got that far yet.

(This machine is in the Lexington QA lab and is booted/installed by the QA jenkins jobs.
I can provide extra information if provided details on how to get it.)
