With Ubuntu Raring amd64 installing cleanly and review of the
var/log/installer/debug it appears to be specific to Lubuntu and
possibly artwork problem. It does not appear to be ubiquity.

  Along side install fails on Lubuntu raring amd64

Bug description:
  Lubuntu raring amd64 20121207 fails to complete install using the along side option. Partitions do not show sizes and sliding to re-size is not possible. 
  1) Entire drive install completed
  2) Install manual went well and completed
  3) Install Ubuntu raring amd64 20121207 along side went well and completed
  4) Attempted Lubuntu raring amd64 along side freezes
  5) Had to sudo kill PID to close install
