backtrack is based on ubuntu 10.10LTS , but it is the bug told me to
contact with the website of yours , and on the other side , GNUN/linux is
a big family, isn't it ? But could you help me to solve this problem ,I‘m
Chinese ,please forgave my so badly English ,I start learn Linux for not so
long a time .I learned that the bug reporting in our country is not so
proactive
,I can't change others ,but I can improve myself .I really hope you can
help me 。I'll upload the accessories which are related to the bug。hope you

Title:
When I install ubuntu on my desktop it comes a bug.

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I boot up my backtrack linux 5 r3 livecd using editing the grub's
  menu.lst like that:

title BackTrack5 Text - Default Boot Text Mode
    root (hd0,0)
    kernel /casper/vmlinuz file=/cdrom/preseed/custom.seed boot=casper text splash vga=791--
    initrd /casper/initrd.gz
    boot

It can boot up smoothly ,I learnned from google that before install
the system one must umount the media . I use the cmd like this :

    sudo umount -l /cdrom

after I typed the cmd ,I began my installation ,I have gave the
backtrack linux enough disk space ,200Mb for /boot , more than 50Gb
for / , and 1.5 Gb for swap.

but why can't I upload some pictures and files that are related to
the bugs ,the system tells me to upload some accessory .
