Then, update-manager shouldn't have a terminal embedded. Copying text in
terminals is done with Ctrl+Shift+C, but that's not obvious.

Confirmed
Bug description:
1. Start upgrading from one version of Ubuntu to the next.
2. Select some text in the terminal area, and press Ctrl C.
What happens: "Ctrl-c pressed" - "This will abort the operation and
may leave the system in a broken state. Are you sure you want to do
that?"
What should happen: The text is copied to the clipboard.
