As shown in
<http://people.canonical.com/~evand/screenshots/ubiquity/12.04/8.png>
and
<https://picasaweb.google.com/105922848292507689403/1210TypicalInstall?authuser=0&authkey=Gv1sRgCOj8r6OyseCZOQ&feat=directlink#5802133606303644226>,
the layout for this step has changed a lot since this bug was reported.
So it's unlikely that this bug still exists.

Title:
  [Lucid] user account page has layout bugs

Status in Ubuntu Translations:
  Incomplete
Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: debian-installer

  The user account page has layout problems, which get visible when
  using German language. The multi line description below the user
  account field shows only one line and the third radio box of the login
  options is not visible with the default dialog size.

  When resizing the dialog manually, only the radio box gets visible.
  The description text of the account remains as before.
