  Error during update 11.10 to 12.04 LTS

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  When i tried to upgrade my 11.10 to 12.04 LTS through "upgrade manager" or "terminal (cmd: do-release-upgrade)", the following error messages getting displayed where-as other updates(recommended by upgrade manager) are updated successfully.
  I am using ZTE Blade (android mobile) for network connection. This error message is displayed at 11.10 to 12.04LTS upgrade operation only.

  Expexcted result: upgrade should be successful.
  Actual result: error during update.
