  Install fails to proceed past formatting warning

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Choose partition to install to.

  Continue, get to warning about various parts not being formatted.

  Press continue, returns to partitioner, press Install - same warning,
  this time Go Back and Continue are duplicated.

  Rinse repeat.
