[Bug 1085615] [NEW] Open state of the description pane is not remembered

Public bug reported:

I'm always interested in changelogs so I prefer to keep the Description
pane open. Before 12.10 its state was remembered so it always came up
open. But in 12.10 it's not the case anymore - it's always hidden when
Software Updater opens.
