Title:
Display downloading speed and remaining time in Update Manager

Status in “aptdaemon” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged
Status in “ttf-staypuft” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Until Ubuntu 12.04 when you selected "Check" it opened "Updating
cache" window and in this window you could see downloading speed and
how much it has already downloaded.

And when we selected "Install updates" button appeared "Downloading
Package Files" window where it showed downloading speed, remaining
time and number of already downloaded files.

Now for Ubuntu 12.04 we don't have this valuable information. And when
we want to use update manager there is no way to inform us how much
time remains to finish updating process.
