Bug description:
  As part of the ubiquity lvm/luks spec [1], automatic Full-Disk Encryption and LVM install options were implemented.
  Currently, only the Full-Disk encryption checkbox is visible by default.
  The LVM checkbox is only visible if Ubiquity is started using a command line flag or an environmental variable.
  I would like to make LVM checkbox be visible by default.

  The caveat is vertical space.

  If the user has:
  * any existing operating system on disk
  AND
  * enough disk space to resize & dual boot
  AND
  * is using a very small netbook screen (e.g. 500px high)

  The "continue" / "Install Now" button will not be visible.
