[Bug 1043822] [NEW] 'Check Erase Disk and Install Ubuntu' radio button not checked by default

Testcase for installation(entire disk) of Ubuntu Desktop i386 Quantal
Daily requires 'Check Erase Disk and Install Ubuntu' radio button to be
selected/checked by default. This doesn't happen. However, the radio
button can be manually selected without any problem.
