Using chroot from a 12.04 liveCD to reinstall the GRUB of a Ubuntu
12.04.1 installed on HDD.

chroot $MOUNTPOINT grub-install --recheck /dev/sda returns:
chroot: failed to run command `grub-install': Permission denied
chroot: failed to run command `grub-install': Permission denied

and the 126 error code.
