The VarLogDistupgradeAptlog.txt attached to your bug report shows this
error (among others):
Broken xserver-xorg-video-all:amd64 Depends on xserver-xorg-video-vesa [
amd64 ] < 1:2.3.0+git20101025.fba7f460-0ubuntu0sarvatt~lucid > ( x11 )
So the conflict is with a ppa version of the X stack that you have
installed. You will need to use 'ppa-purge' to remove these packages
from your system in order to upgrade.
