  valgrind/avx support

Status in “valgrind” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  valgrind 3.7 does not support avx instructions. 3.8 does. this limits
  the usefulness of valgrind, as even glibc now generates avx
  instructions (e.g. for the libm functions). therefore i'd propose to
  upgrade the package to 3.8
