better. Could you please add the log files from '/var/log/dist-upgrade/'
to this bug report as separate attachments?

Could you please describe the method you used to do the upgrade ?

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Will be upgrading a couple of 10.04.4 systems when 12.04.1 is
  released, so I'm testing the process in a VM using the QA release
  20120817. Screenshot attached shows result.
