grub-cfg.txt shows the diff between grub configs:
- old: my laptop running ubuntu desktop, installed using alternative-cd (d-i)
- new: the VM which fails to boot
/boot/grub/unicode.pf2 is available on my laptop, while it is not
present in the VM.

Bug description:
used ubiquity to perform a full-disk encryption in a vm.
After reboot, I hit the bug 699802 preventing me to boot.
As a workaround, I had to:
1) select recovery mode
2) enter the password
3) resume normal boot
