  Hardware detection crash and stopped installation

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  qa-testing iso  Lubuntu Quantal 12.10 full drive install iso dated
  20120530

  1.) Time Zone selection had issues on first attempt of install 
  2.) reached hardware detection in ubiquity (Crash)
  3.) Gui closed and no terminal just listed text

  unable to attach files as crash locked up computer.
