  update-manager shows invalid file size in 'Applying Changes' window

Status in “aptdaemon” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  update-manager shows invalid file size in 'Applying Changes' window.
  If the actual size is only 25 MB, Details window shows Downloaded 30
  MB of 25 MB, but in the progress bar, it shows 100%.  First time it
  shows Downloaded 8,000 KB of 25 MB, next second it shows 7500 KB of 25
  MB.
