[Bug 1036891] [NEW] Unity Launcher inconsistent with update-manager

When update-manager starts, I can select the icon on the Launcher, but
if I choose to don't install one of the available update the number of
packages that willl be installed is modified only in the update manager
window and not in the Launcher icon.
