Public bug reported:

During the install of Ubuntu (on a notebook) a screen comes up with 3
checks

- a check for minimum required disk space
- a check if connected to power
- a check for an internet connection

That is nice although when someone is not connected to an internet
connection, i think the 3rd option should contain a button with setup
wireless internet connection (or even a setup cabled connection) maybe
an blue info button or question button that explains how to connect
using a cabled an most importantly a wireless connection.

Now if no internetconnection is present a user will hesitate to click
next because one of the checks fails. I think we cannot assume the user
knows that he or she has to click the network icon in the top right
corner.

The strange thing is that when an user goes to the next screen suddenly
a dialog pops up to connect to an internetconnection. In my opinion
this screen should appear earlier, or the other suggestion should be
implemented.
